The comfortable double room had a lovely enclosed balcony. the check-in took too long.

what a tragedy, waited two hours just to check in! the beds had this awful noisy plastic under the sheets, who even thought that was okay? they offered one pathetic entrée for dinner too. I honestly expected a welcome gift or upgrade for my troubles, but guess I am not special enough. just couldn't bring myself to give a good review after all.

Spacious and clean hotel, just a stroll to the beach and eateries. I loved my comfy bed with air-conditioning, perfect for those sultry nights!
But oh dear, I almost had to scale a wall to find a parking spot! And the power outage? I’d prefer not to audition for a horror film, thank you!

Couple retreat, be cautious
The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was a highlight, very clean and enjoyable to relax at.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting stay in Monte Gordo with reasonable value. The area had plenty of coffee shops nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast on the go. Consider the local options instead of the hotel dining for more variety.
